The Legacy at St. Johns is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We are privately owned and are an “Age in Place” community and have our ECC (Extended Congregate Care) license. We are operated under the license of the owner/administrator who is a nurse practitioner. Our rates are “locked for life” making it easier to plan for your future.
